Got a Halloween costume hiding in the back of your closet? ReThread DC will host a costume swap + upcycling workshop at our Oct. 2 First Friday! Bring a gently used costume or Halloween clothing to trade, or work with upcyclers to turn reused materials into a one-of-a-kind look.
