Well here's an interesting one @coloradofoic.bsky.social While the Law Enforcement Integrity Act normally requires release of BWC in 21 days of alleged misconduct, if they open an IA investigation some PDs are citing 24-72-303(4)(a). 24-31-902 does seem to allow this up to 45 days under 2(b)(III)

They practically admit the problem is more people are witnessing what happens in court rooms. Their entire issue is the public has an opinion, and they say the quite part out loud - that opinions are not to be tolerated in the court room.

Reached out to a few places to verify it's not ACP voters which seems to be the case, still it's kind of dumb we have separate "confidential" levels of voters where one is handled more secure than the other

For those wondering I found the information about this rule online in the final rule USPS published. May be worth a boost as this will be national and victims with confidential voter records shouldn't have to worry their information would be submitted as the rule makes clear
Final rule full text will not fit in alt text, it is on page 84 and 85 of the above PDF under C. Address Confidentiality Protection and Other Voter Confidentiality
Programs

I just want to give a shout to the El Paso Co. Clerk (Republican) in Colorado who just made a post addressing the SCOTUS ruling assuring voters it won't currently affect the midterm election, he went in great detail in the post and I asked a question about confidential ACP voters his response below.
Lucky225 Thank you—this is an excellent and very important question.

The USPS Rule specifically addresses voters enrolled in an Address Confidentiality Program. According to USPS, the new Portal would receive only the information appearing on the outside of the ballot envelope. It would not require a county to disclose an ACP participant’s confidential identity, actual residential address, or other information protected by Colorado law.

Therefore, if a participant’s name is protected and does not appear on the envelope, the Rule should not require that protected name to be disclosed merely for USPS compliance. Likewise, the participant’s confidential physical address would not be provided; only the approved substitute mailing information appearing on the envelope would be used.

USPS states that the Rule is intended to be compatible with state ACP programs. However, before any future implementation, Colorado counties will need clear written guidance confirming exactly how protected ballot records and envelopes will be handled—particularly when an individual’s name is not displayed.

El Paso County has specifically requested guidance from the Colorado Secretary of State regarding ACP voters, confidential information, Portal access, cybersecurity, and data retention. Protecting these voters is not negotiable, and we will closely review any future process before implementation.

Most importantly, the Rule is currently blocked by federal court orders and will have no impact on ACP voters—or any other El Paso County voters—for the November 3, 2026 General Election under its present legal status.Lucky225 Thank you—this is an excellent and very important question.

From my understanding this requires knowing the angle the camera is mounted at for an "accurate" measurement, see e.g. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... 2/x
When calibrating the camera, with the height and tilt angle of the camera known, the focal length f can be calculated after extracting the pixel coordinates of the target points on the grid paper using MATLAB’s Datatip function. Partial results of the extracted points are shown in Fig. 7.

So glad to hear HDA at @defcon.bsky.social is hosting a memorial for @delchi.bsky.social at 5-6pm today. They are aptly calling it Last Call (the title of his comic book) and featuring the last words he ever messaged me. You are cyberpunk Delchi, always were.
Self portrait of Delchi with accompanying text:
Last Call

A P DELCHI

As I cruise down main street, my wheelchair glowing blue straight outaa Tron, with scrolling LED sign that says "Go Fuck says Yourself", with a 4k video monitor playing The Empire Strikes Back, pulling into a bar with a giant open garage door and wheeling up to the bar, ordering drinks while the person next to me downloads movies off the wifi hotspot built into the chair ... With last night's bed-head hair style and the patch on my vest that says "Not dead yet" my ancient symbol of protection tattoos showing..

I realize for the first time just how absolutely fucking cyberpunk I am.Last message Delchi sent me on Signal messenger:

If there was ever a better example of why age verification based on State law, which violates the dormant commerce clause, is bullshit this is it. I wasn't in Texas, I'm not in a VPN and I'm not going to share my exact location. Why did this show up? AT&T CGNAT in CO goes out Dallas.
BlueSky age verification screen claims it "thinks" I'm in Texas

I paid $100 on a gamble a public records request I knew would be heavily redacted in hopes it would unmask an anonymous LLC, and it paid off. I got 73 PDF and Excel files in a zip file today and fed it to ChatGPT who unmasked the true corporation in seconds. cc @coloradofoic.bsky.social

Apparently this is "unfounded" for PPD to issue the Pueblo County clerk and recorder's son a harassment ticket. But benign Facebook comments related to an elected officials official duties counts as harassment for a protection order?

Reading comprehension, they believed it was last calibrated Feb 2025 as that is when the certificate itself was PRINTED. Below is a screenshot from before they corrected. They also think these radar devices are lidar. They're not very bright over there.

After my reporting Kersey re-calibrated their radar 8 days after it expired. A CORA request shows they issued ZERO citations during the expired period.

Nah, sorry, our UX sucks, if you ACTUALLY want that card to be used for renew you have to hit this arrow and click edit defaults for no reason to get this pop up to click this little check mark. Like your UX sucks, seriously. And you shouldn't nuke DNS client side so that it can't auto restore
000
Lucky225 @lucky225.2600.blue · 26/05/2026
I've honestly about had it with @namecheap.com -- auto renew never works because their UX is shit and then they just wiped out a TON of custom dns because of it. If they don't restore the DNS I'm moving ALL domains. You would think based on my screenshots auto renew would hit my card right? 1/x

Kersey has now posted the SB camera, along w its calibration certificate & a 45 day warning period ending on July 4th. Conveniently Kersey does NOT list the certificate for its existing NB lane camera, which expired, see below (and they removed it from their FAQ) www.kerseygov.com/departments/...
