At work listening to a guy explain to a co-worker how there is nothing female about Michelle Obama and the government had Joan Rivers murdered for exposing Michelle Obama was a transvestite... This shit is wild. And also, so what if she was? What would that change or affect?

I'm Auctioning off my "Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow" series on eBay. Had a surgery recently and insurance didn't cover shit. I will probably be posting more items in the coming weeks to help manage these bills. If you're interested, just make a bid. Thanks everyone! ebay.us/m/A4rL7q

10 days late apparently, But I just heard of Sam Keith's death. RIP to one of my favorite 90's comic creators. His style really struck a cord with my adolescent brain and I was a fan immediately. Thanks for everything Sam!

Kitchen Log: 10:39 Still no sign of our first order of the day. Data shows that the inhabitants of this remote area often indulge themselves in the first 2 weeks of each month. Has the opening of a local grocery store to blame for this sudden consumer famine? Only time will tell... <END LOG>

Just had a quick look - mine is #395 to #472 of Uncanny X-Men. Followed by volume 3 of the UK Astonishing Spider-man title from Panini. And then closely by Essential X-Men. Both reprinted US issues (during the early days when you'd get 3 issues reprinted for around £2.50 with nice cardboard cover!)

It helps that I’ve bought most all the new issues since the mid-80s at cover price. And that I got A LOT of UXM back issues for $1-$3 apiece way back then. I was dedicated with my allowance & paper route money.

Without looking it up, I think the longest complete run I have is Defenders #1-152. I’m pretty darn close to the first runs of The Avengers, Flash (Silver Age), and Justice League of America. Never felt the need to seek out X-Men prior to the 150’s—just read the collected editions.

Mine is Spectacular Spider-Man vol. 1. I started collecting the run in May of last year. Currently have #1-200 complete. 250 total issues collected including a handful of duplicates + all 14 annuals. 28 issues left to complete the run.

Thanks, missing 4 issues to get every issue of every volume of UXM comic from 129 til present day. My next biggest is 282 run of Incredible Hulk. If Legion of Super-Heroes had a long series instead of lots of volumes then that might rival my UXM run.
