First cost-reduced X16 "gen 2" prototype was revealed today, called the X16GS. Highlights: Surface mount 65C816 CPU Wifi and MIDI built in HDMI Glue logic and VIAs moved into FPGA 2 MB RAM (banked) + 16 MB RAM (in 816 native mode) PS/2 KB and mouse No IEC

I somehow missed this game still in development for the X16 from back in November. fearlabsaudio and one other developer are working on this platformer called Karn. Hope they get the chance to finish it. This looks awesome with the parallax, sprite animation and even some music already in it.
