Back at it with the silly #ClairObscurExpedition33 comics. This one is partially inspired by a pirate Maelle sketch by Barbozari!

First panel in a Clair Obscur fan comic. A group of faceless Writers are looking offscreen. The lead Writer's word balloon text reads: Ah yes. The Dessendre Woman...

Final panel. A reverse shot revealing Clea and Alicia. Clea is rolling her eyes, while Alicia stands at the ready with a fencing foil; her injured eye socket is covered by a patch. The Writer's word balloon text continues: And a small...pirate? A small caption text next to Alicia reads: Yar

Late night doodle of Maelle from the 'Verso magic' scene. She really just. Hurls the journal into space. XD #ClairObscurExpedition33

Loose digital drawing of Maelle from Expedition 33. She's throwing a journal into the air. Her expression suggests she is unnerved by something off-screen.

3/3 Shoutout to potadumpling on twitter, the idea to give the Creation a lil' smiley face was inspired by one of her pieces!

Ninth panel, same composition as the previous panel, but Alicia and Monoco look up, as a piece of paper has been placed just slightly off panel, screen right, and has caught their attention.

Tenth panel, an over-the-shoulder shot from Alicia's point of view. Renoir kneels down, holding a new drawing of the Creation, in a much rounder, carton-y style. The Creation also has a tiny smiley face drawn on top.

Final panel. In the foreground, Alicia accepts the drawing, smiling. Renoir looks pleased at her reaction. In the background, Clea holds Monoco, her expression flat. A word balloon next to her reads: Tch. Philistine.

Silly #ClairObscurExpedition33 comic that's also the second-to-last prompt from that Decpedition batch I took five million years ago. XD 1/3

First panel in a Clair Obscur fancomic. Young Alicia Dessendre is sitting in Renoir's Atelier, holding a book about horses. The book title reads: Je Suis la Jeune Filly!

Second panel, same composition as the first, however Alicia is now looking down at the book.

Third panel, POV shot of the book Alicia's reading. The two pages show a horse running, and a horse jumping, respectively. The book is obscuring the background

Fourth panel, the same POV shot, however the book has been lowered to reveal Renoir standing with a canvas behind it. The canvas depicts the Creation from the game. Renoir gestures to the canvas, hopeful. White text above his head reads: Eh? Ehhh?
