Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 19/09/2025Mail call: Marvel Team-Ups coming in hot at the end of summer. Two of these have jewel inserts, which hopefully excites someone out there more than me. 030
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 18/09/2025Back from CGC: I don’t often submit 80’s books, but when I do, I hope they get 9.8’s. 161
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 14/09/2025Back from CGC: Pretty tough in 9.8, so this was a nice return. Got me on the Comic Tom show too, so I guess i’m part of the comic fam now. 030
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 12/09/2025Mail call: Pretty exceptional pair of orders from mcs this week. 240
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 09/09/2025Con pick-ups: Before the Ottawa Con on Sunday, I went to a nearby card show that had a couple of comic tables. I would up rounding up my piles instead of asking for a deal because I don't think they realized just how nice these are. 160
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 08/09/2025Con pick-ups: Excellent haul from the Ottawa Comic Con this past weekend. Some real beauties. 040
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 06/09/2025On board the train and heading up to the Ottawa Comic Con. Haven’t been to a con since March so I’m getting the itch. First time at this one for me. Hopefully they like Invaders up there. 020
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 05/09/2025Mail call: Mixed bag for a Friday. That was one of the only Batman comics I had as a kid. 020
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 01/09/2025I'm fortunate the 9.8 gods have blessed my comic intention (if not collection) many, many times these last few months. I can't keep everything, but defintely sometimes wonder what that would look like. 020
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 30/08/2025Back from CGC: This came back as the single-highest grade copy to date. Which entitles me to a free drink any time I’m in Pecos City. 251
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 28/08/2025Back from CGC: A recent 9.8 every morning until I run out. 010
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 27/08/2025Mail call: Really fun haul from @mycomicshop.bsky.social today. That has to be the best Atom cover. 031
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 27/08/2025Giant-sized fun getting one of these back from the grader man. 000
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Two really sharp books from earlier this year. Goliath already came back 9.6 and Man-Wolf is on the same life journey. 010
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 25/08/2025I try to stay away from keys usually, but sometimes when the right mummy gives you that sly, decaying smile... 010
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 23/08/2025I’ll start posting all my new summer pickups starting next weekend, but for now here’s a high grade highlight from last winter. I’ve been grabbing tons of really nice DC Adams books this year (and this one even has some interior pages!) 1204
Comic Citizen @comiccitizen.bsky.social · 22/08/2025Here’s something with an appropriately blue sky to start me off. 1223
