So the government, who pays for the majority of cancer treatments, is for no logical reason convincing the pharmaceutical companies to hide a cure for cancer that would in large reduce the national spending by billions? I don't trust the government, they might be crooked, but they aren't stupid.

Getting cancer treatment are on federal health insurance. Medicare is the highest cost in the US, what is the motivation for the US to continue to pay the astronomical cancer treatment costs? In order for your theory to be true we'd have to ignore common sense.

Universal healthcare countries would not work to keep their citizens sick bc that is an extra cost for them. The same can be said for federally funded healthcare in the States. Big pharma also makes vaccines, the largest preventative asset we have. This is just a conspiracy theory.

The healthcare industry in America is a mess for sure. Not all industry is created in America. In order for American healthcare to prevent cure in order to make extra money off care, the providers would need to ignore all possible cures created in other countries as well.

I work in a cancer center and we would much rather cure people than watch them die slow painful deaths. Every day there are new developments in treatment. Things that were fatal previously now are curable. If we spent more money on prevention and early diagnosis more cancer would be cured.

As a medical provider I can tell you this is absolute garbage as far as people who diagnose and treat. The healthcare system is already overwhelmed with having enough providers to treat the well and those with incurable diseases, we aren't keeping people sick with things that are curable.

I totally agree. I was actually attacked by a dog and totally understand anyone's hesitation. I put my dogs away whenever anyone is uncomfortable and would never force my dogs onto someone. Between humans and dogs, I find the latter to me more trustworthy.
