Also made baklava for the first time! It was rather time-consuming, but golly was it decadent. Used pistachios and walnuts with graham flour in the filling, and the syrup was made with a fantastic local wildflower honey.

Made an apple crumble coffee cake this weekend, it was absolutely delicious. Recipe is the legendary Chef John's from Food Wishes dot com.
