I believe by now they accept new submissions - but their release process is still manual and we're already stretched thin for volunteer time - so we're waiting to see if they implement automated releases at some point

For fast and reliable map downloads, we need servers in many different locations. Some servers are rented, but some of them are also hardware donations! A big thanks go to Mathias Klein as well as the French OpenStreetMap chapter, providing us server capacities in Germany and France respectively!
