Today would have been Emmett Till's 85th birthday. A new exhibition "If Emmett Till Lived", opens on September 10 at the Museum of Contemporary Photography. This exhibition asks the public to envision the full life Till could have experienced, and what that life could have meant for our own.

What is the blues? Kids at Blues Camp Chicago are finding out for themselves. This free weeklong summer program was founded by Adjunct Professor of Instruction Fernando Jones. The camp brings young musicians from across the country to Columbia College Chicago to learn from seasoned blues artists.
