Pardon the interruption in posting. My partner and I have been a little busy. We bought a house!! I have been working on some stuff, though. Just started this one of kitties and a kotatsu. If any of you enjoy my work. Consider checking out my etsy shop. The link is on my profile.

Black and white sketch of 2 kitties enjoying a kotatsu. In the background is some fall folliage.

A few prints of the artists favorite works. Including a cherry blossom scene with a lantern and a fall scene with a stone lantern.

Pictured is a very colorful Japanese street that is full of shops and signs for those shops. Above the street is the yamanote line as it passes.

I DID IT! I took the pictures and edited them so I finally have a few pieces for printing. Here is one of my favorite ones. <3

Pictured is a large and imposing tori gate. Through the gate you can see a temple with 2 lanterns in front of it. It seems like it has recently rained because there is a reflection of the lantern in the wet ground.

Decided to post this piece that I made late last year. I really want to redo this and see how much my skills have grown. I still think it's super cute even though the perspective is way off at times. #japan #cat #dailysketch #art #traditionalart

Pictured is a market place with a large floating lantern as the focal point. The lantern is in the shape of a blow-fish. Below it is a cute kitty admiring the fish and wanting to eat it. The whole piece if done in purples and blues.

Our magnolia tree is magnoliaing so hard this year. Am I forced to take allergy meds? Yes. But this tree is so gorgeous! Had to take a pic before the hail ruins it later today in our thunderstorm here in Seattle.

Picture of magnolias on a sunny day. The flowers are pink and white and very vibrant.

I didn't post yesterday because I was working on this piece. This took me 2 days but I like how powerful the lighting is in this. There are so many things I need to work on. Perspective, lighting and anatomy being the top 3. Would love recommends for references from y'all. #sketch #art #dailysketch

Pen and Ink day for sketches. I wanted to focus on flowers and nature because it is finally starting to feel like spring. Sudden crazy rain and all. I especially love this little mouse on a mushroom. I think he needs a name though. Any ideas? #sketch #dailysketch #nature #penandink

Pictured is a pen and ink drawing of a little caterpillar on the branch of a flower. Tiny florets are shown stemming out from it.

Pictured is the long stalk of a plant with tiny downward facing flowers. To the right are drawings of the mouse on a mushroom and the caterpillar previously mentioned.

Here are some small things I worked on. Done in acrylic markers. PS. Not super happy with the otter I think he looks a little phallic...

Pictures is a blue whale except he is not blue at all. He is painted in pink green and yellow tones and he is expelling bubbles above him.

pictured is an otter with a orange cream colored background. The otter is purple and blue toned. There is also some seaweed coming up from beneath the otter.

pictured is a reef shark however it is colored in pinks and yellows. below the shark is the reflection of the sunlight coming through the water.

Trying out alcohol maters for the first time ever and at first I wasn't sure about them but I LOVE the end result. Boba Shinx is with the alcohol Ohuhu markers and the one with Litten & Shinx is with acrylic Ohuhu markers. I love them both for different reasons.

Pictured is a painting done with acrylic markers. On the border is a green washi tape with different flavored soju depicted. The content of the painting is one kitten that looks like Litten from pokemon laying upside down in a box with Shinx looking over the side of the box from the outside. One the floor are 2 tiny cat toys. One of them looks like Plusle and the other looks like Pichu from pokemon. In the corner is a food bowl with a Pecha berry and a Cheri berry. The background/carpet is a bright purple color.

Depicted is a chubby little Shinx from pokemon. He is sitting with his little back paw pads visible and he has a boba drink in front of him that is about the size of his body.
