Oh yeah, it's all coming together 🖤💜🖤💜🖤 #acnh #gothisland

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Thanks 🥰 getting that placeholder blanket to look right was one hell of a pixel drama lmao 😆 I was stuck with mine 🫠 had zero motivation to continue or to decorate, so my solution was to start from zero again. Also really excited to see what you add 👀

Did I flatten my whole island? Yes, I did 🫣 but personally, I think it was for the better cuz even as a work-in-progress this looks so much better than before (no, I refuse to share photos of what it looked like before. And if you have photos... no, you don't) #acnh #gothisland

Entrence/plaza

Airport is just below the camera, down to the right

Little picnic area to fill in space, featuring Stitches being his oblivious happy self 😌 I strive to be as chill and go with the flow as Stitches

Item swatches will most likely change lol

Just some terraforming and waterscaping to add dimension and fill in space. Also trying to get better at mixing flowers and colors... the success here is up for questioning 🤔

Ignore the rooftop, I have all the houses on the beach right now lol 😆

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Truly 🤭 the more I colored them in, the more it all worked. Looked more like how I pictured them Lmao yup yup 🤣 that's Flatline. Just as much a soldier as they are a medic. Also, Flatline uses they/them pronouns 😉

120

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 06/03/2026

Their design really did come together a whole lot better when it got some color splashed onto it cuz in the beginning I was a bit worried ngl 🫣 And they are 😌 tho be careful. As a Combat Medic, they won't hesitate to shoot you if necessary 🤭

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 06/03/2026

Happy to hear that cuz it's just a quick sketch that I decided to color lol And Flatline used they/them pronouns 😉 but they really are a stunning mech.

I can see him struggling with committed relationships cuz of his parents whole situation 🤔 and I do imagine he's more charismatic, adaptable and flirty than Flatline since he works in a field where it is necessary to be likable and playing it up for the audience and the cameras

Took me a few months, but let me officially introduce the elder of the Dratchet twins, Flatline. I'll get to their twin brother, Viral, eventually 🫣 #tfoc #tfa #transformers #maccadam

Dratchet OC kid

The text reads:

Flatline
Combat Medic

I definitely see it, and Viral is a competitive racer and a sports alt, so he was bound to be on the slimmer side

100

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

In the face, definitely! That's all Ratchet, aside from his optic shape. But I think that's just cuz Ratchet has a very distinct chin lol 🤭 tho Viral is more of a proper mix of his parents, while Flatline is a mini copy of their sire (the fact they're a medic and painted red and white don't help)

140

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

Luckily for Flatline, they got Ratchet's optic shape and faceplate. Unfortunately, they got Deadlock's face shape, helm and finials, optic color, dentae etc lol one can go on 🥲 poor Ratchet's code didn't stand a chance

100

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

Like a proper slap on the face lol 🤣 but gotta look on the positive! No one can argue that Flatline isn't Deadlock's 🤭

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

They really do 🤭 with all of Ratchet's attitude and sass lol

I have to admit, the line art came out better than I thought, but I'm gonna sit on it for a bit before I do anything more with it or post it. But I am getting excited to finish it and make it look like a proper comic cover 😁

After all the pain and stress and fear of doing this all alone, he gets a moment of happiness and light at the end of tunnel 🥹 how could he not cry seeing that adorable lil smile, so dependant on him. He's their whole world 😭🖤

ColoredPensils @coloredpensils.bsky.social · 26/12/2025

Yup, Flatline was both born first and unfurled first. Viral, the larger one that's still a lil alt mode orb, took a little longer. And this is the first meeting with his beb 🥹 like proper meeting since they were born. So many feelings all at once, I'm sure

Wanna know something cute? A civilian sparkling would've been the size of Ratchet's fingers 🥹 both bebs are bigger than a civi but smaller than a war frame

Note to self, make sure that the first time you draw a character isn't when you're trying to redesign them lmao Anyway, an attempt was made at Murder Hornet Blitzwing #tfa | #blitzbee | #bugformers | #maccadam

Rough sketch of a Murder Hornet designed Blitzwing with his random face sitting down with his legs spread apart. He's holding a flower coblet with honey spilling over the side in one hand. On one of his thighs sits a Honey Bee designed Bumblebee.

I did base him on a honey bee queen so~ 🤭 he's definitely a lil queen bee, just gotta find someone to help him build his hive. I wonder if there's any deranged, split personality murder hornets around to help him out 😏🤭 He's gonna have Blitz wrapped around his pinkie 🤭 all four of them lol
