I guess in 2 days it will be the two year anniversary of when I wrote my own suicide note. It feels ridiculous to read now but holy hell was it cathartic to write at the time. And super sad. (& still sad to read later) Nothing feels truly ridiculous once it’s out of your own brain and onto paper.
