"Anyone can build anything with AI now." True. But it's a weird, unique person who actually spends the time. My homemade video tool only works because of weeks encoding exactly how I make a podcast (it's literally tuned to golf content). The prompt isn't the valuable bit. The personal bit is.

I don't really believe in 60-second clips... My repurposing system cuts each podcast episode into 5-10 minute segments instead, each answering one specific question. Searchable, and viewers stay, because they came for exactly that answer. (Yes, this teaser is short. Irony noted 😆)

I built an AI system that finds content ideas in my coaching calls. It found 87. I published 2. 😅 The system was fine. The problem: it waited for me to remember it. So I've flipped it. It pushes drafts to me on a schedule now. Pull is a demo. Push is a system.

Every idea system fails the same way. Capture works. Resurfacing doesn't. The backlog becomes a graveyard with a search bar nobody visits. Idea management isn't a filing problem, it's a retrieval-timing problem. Design for the moment ideas come back, not the moment they go in.

The stats just don't tell the full (or even the real...) story around the demand for video podcasting. Edison data shows that 31% of people most often consume their podcasts on YouTube. Spotify and Apple pods are at 27% and 15% behind that. So Video wins, right? Nope! 👇
