iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I know its not easy, heartbreak and destroy you, but I think the joy it brings outweighs the pain. Thank you for reading this far stranger, means a lot. Hope youre having a nice day.

All this to say, I have a complex relationship with being aromantic and a lot of muddled up thoughts. Sorry for the long rant, I dont know if this helps but its past midnight and Im tired and lonely. Please dont take romance for granted.

100

If youre allo (not aromantic) you atleast have the hope that things can change, you can find someone. You always have that chance. I think Ive been listening to too much romantic music and seeing too much romantic art. The ones with the couples just existing together always gets me the most.

100

It feels like Im forever waiting for this person to suddenly appear in my life and everything will fall into place and Ill be normal like everyone else. But I know that it just isnt possible. I guess one of the worst parts is that its hopeless.

The way it feels to me is like there is this mystery person. The partner that Ive always longed for. But that they dont exist, never have. They arent a real person because if they were I wouldnt even love them. This person doesnt have any features and isnt defined, just an idea and a fantasy.

100

Even tho Im aromantic I really want to be in a relationship. It wouldnt be fair on the other person to just get into one without me really loving them. It will just end in neither of us happy.

100

People experience aromanticism in a lot of different ways, its a spectrum after all. For me its a bit of a weird one. Ive never felt romantic attraction ever, never had crushes. Thats never really bothered me until recently. Nowadays I find myself longing and aching for something I can't ever feel.

100

Im sorry for all the vent art recently, I know thats not really what people want to see but its all ive been able to make lately. Things have been weighing on my soul a little too much. I often get hung up on being aromantic and I guess this piece is a little of my experience of it.

I wish I could know you. This one is another piece from my soul I guess. Probably going to be an extended yap in the replies, I guess I want to get a couple things off my chest (You are under no obligation to read any of it). Please, don't take romantic love for granted. #furryart

Haven't felt the best recently. A lot on my mind. Got what I thought I needed and it didn't help at all. Struggling to enjoy anything. Art is kinda stuck, I don't like my 'style' and cant get myself to actually try to fix that. At least I've still got good music I guess. Hope your'e doing well.

Was watching a live performance of Lowertown (GO LISTEN TO THEM!!!) which is a band I've been obsessively listening to lately and had the sudden urge to draw my character in the outfit of the lead singer. Tried to finish it before the end of the performance (1hr) so its a bit messy. #furryart

My plant dragon fursona Pretoria drawn as the lead singer of Lowertown playing a green guitar on stage with blue and pink lighting.

Damn end of 2025 huh? I’ve been really busy this last bit of the year, haven’t posted much. Tbh it’s not likely to quiet down for probably the first half of next year. HOWEVER!!! When things do quiet down I will make it my goal to post atleast weekly! I hope you all have a fantastic new year!

Been a bit slow with posting lately, been really busy with art coursework stuff. Probably won’t be getting round to much furry art any time soon either. So have some of my coursework instead! (It’s a collage type thing of a ruined abbey I went to.)

I thought as an account that exclusively posts art it was about time I actually drew myself a pfp! I actually really like how it came out! #furryart

Hi there thanks so much for the reply! Is there anything specific you would like such as pose or clothes if not that’s completely fine! I saw on your ref it says your character likes gold jewellery, would you like me to add some of that?
