For a few weeks now I've wanted to make a more insect-like version of Zael and Nephli 🐜 When I first created them in 2018, their appearance was inspired by angels. But as I wrote the novel, I increasingly started to describe them as some kind of arthropod. #originalcharacter #oc #alien #fantasy

Re-draw of something of my character Zael that I made on 2022 c: I've been experimenting with drawing some things differently with the lines and style of the eyelashes. #oc #originalcharacter

The inspiration for this #comic was from what is done to horseshoe crabs. In the world of my story there are giant grasshopper-like bugs that they call The Vermin and they are the natural predators of the people. This scene would be a little later in the novel than the previous one. #oc #art

I'm trying to make some #comic pages again ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ This scene is inspired by the “Lisado de Corazón”, a technique developed by Federico Díaz, a Pharmaceutical Chemist from Rivera, Uruguay. What I made with my characters is in a fictional setting, so it is not exactly the same process. #oc #art

Another #Arcane fanart, this time of Vi and Caitlyn :> I think I should do fanarts of the things I like more often, but I usually lose the desire to do so before I start, because when I see references I get this feeling that I have nothing to add to the conversation _(:'3」∠)_ #caitvi #art

I've been making these thumbnails of the places that can be found in the world of Zael and Nephli. I used the map I made in 2021 to show where each thing is, more or less. I'll try to make it clearer with a new one. I'm thinking of including it on the book #traditionalart #sketch #worldbuilding #oc

Fanart of Viktor from from #Arcane :] I went through a lot of different ideas for this one. In the end I made something with a pose similar to my last illustration, but looking the other way xd #ArcaneViktor #drawing #art #Illustration #painting

I watched #MurderDrones a few days ago and felt like making some fanart, so I drew Uzi :D I started with a sketch with gouache and colored pencils on paper and finished it digitally. #UziDoorman #art

The underground city, where the surviving exiled created their own society. They are those born without light, except for Zael, who was excluded by the Alados (winged ones) because of a different reason, being born with an odd number of wings. #originalcharacter #oc #art #worldbuilding #fantasy

Seven humanoids doing different activities on the terrace of a building.
Two are mending clothes, two walking together speaking with hand signs, one is standing on stairs and fixing the light, another is resting on the wall besides him, the last one looks at the city alone.
Most have light toned hair and redish skin. The walls and floor are red and gray. There is a fountain with running water.

Another drawing of my #oc Nephli, but without his mask. I did this one at the end of last year. The insect besides him is what their people call "The Vermin" #digitalart #originalcharacter #art

More about my #originalcharacters, this one is Nephli. He is one of the main medics from his city, where those born in darkness live. He practices a mix of both traditional and modern medicine. Here he is collecting herbs to make medication and to repel The Vermin, their main predators #illustration

A humanoid with a wooden mask and white hair, he wears a brown cape. He is crouching picking up pink flowers. The floor is red dirt, rocks and grass, there are shrubs in the back. Far away mountains with stripes, a green sky with clouds and the yellow shine from a star.

Hi! I was curious to try Bluesky, I'm not sure how active I will be here as I'm not very good at maintaining many profiles at the same time, but I will be sharing some of my #art :D This is an #illustration of my ocs Zael and Nephli, the main characters from my fantasy book c: #oc #originalcharacter

Drawing of two characters back to back, a pair of wings sharer by both. There are purple plants tangled in the wings feathers. More vegetation surrounds them. Far away red peaks of rock and a green sky covered in clouds.
