Holy shit, the legendary @billamend.bsky.social is on Blue Sky. I cannot say how many hours and days I spent soaking up FoxTrot comic strips as I was growing up. My big 3 were always FoxTrot, Calvin & Hobbes, and Garfield. Fucking awesome.

Good Wednesday friends. When I step outside this morning, the birds are singing, and the sun is attempting to melt some ice and snow. It's a gentle reminder that we can find good, beautiful things in daily life. I hope you have a beautiful day.

It may be early in the morning before anyone wakes up. It could be during coffee break with ear buds in. A stroll in the park, Or at 1AM... Find that time to center, and reset. Be kind to your mind.

As I breathe in, I am thankful for the many good things in life. As I exhale, I am mindful that these luxuries are being taken from people every minute of every day. Don't stop fighting for those less fortunate that surround us. We have more power than we sometimes realize. Use it.

I hope that When you close your eyes tonight, you are able to let your worries fade away. Feel that life beating inside your chest, and let it lull you into a peaceful state. Think of something simple that brings you joy, and focus on it. Follow that beacon to the dream world, and sleep well. 🕉️

Good Thursday friends 🍂 A yard littered with fall leaves provides opportunity. As a kid, I remember raking up piles of leaves and getting a running start, leaping into them with a smile from ear to ear. I know what I'm doing today with my son, I hope you find a similar type of joy as well. ☮️&💙

I've spent minimal time here for the past several months because it's just been too much absorbing all of the headlines while trying to focus on my family and the good things in life that still exist. I'm back to try to help rally the troops and provide some positive vibes. I've missed you.

Good Tuesday friends 🍂 I hope you are taking care of yourself amidst all of the daily stress and happenings. These days snowball into each other, and we can often forget to be cognizant of the self. Go get some of that nice cool fall air, and take a few deep breaths. Be well Be strong ☮️&💙

I arrived at the end of today, and thought to myself "fuck, I'm tired". Then I thought about all of the awesome little pieces of the day, And I smiled. Weary, tired brain and muscles; they feel the brunt of it on a daily basis... But we need to remind ourselves 💙🙏

Good Thursday friends. Cool October mornings (and nights) are my favorite. Yeah, cleaning up the leaves sucks, but watching them fall is very therapeutic. I hope you are able to find something that makes you smile today. Spread that joy with someone else, we could all use a bit of it. ☮️&💙

Good Tuesday Blue Sky. I hope you are able to find a few moments of peace and quiet today. Block out the noise and the hub bub of the day for a bit. Be with your own thoughts, and let them enter and exit your mind as they will. There's a bird singing for you somewhere, if you listen for it. ☮️

Hey BB! I'm so sorry I've been terrible with responding. Life has been busier since I got out of work, so I'm just not able to check in here very much. We have a very miserable Maya girl, she had a cyst of sorts removed today, so the side eye is real!

Happy Sunday friends. As I sit for my morning meditation, a blue jay practically yells at anyone who will listen. Little does he know, he becomes a part of the rest of my day, and now yours. I appreciate that. I'm sure we'll meet again, but as for now, I enjoyed our little encounter. ☮️&💙

Happy Wednesday friends. In our back yard, we have a family of Chickadees that have moved into a bird house we put up in the spring. The past few mornings, the babies can be heard chirping away, waiting for mom to return with food. It's a simple reminder to keep an eye (or ear) out for beauty.

Good Tuesday to you, Blue Sky. I hope that your day is filled with things that make you happy. If negativity is snowballing, stop, and think of something that makes you smile. Focus on that thing so you can hit the restart button. Be in control of your vibe, don't let anything else dictate.

Alright folks, let's bring the week to a good close. What are you thankful for today? Personally, I'm thankful for my brother here @bruceleblanc.bsky.social, the one and only. I'm thankful for any stranger that offers a smile and a wave. I'm thankful for every song the birds offer. Your turn.

There is always something to be thankful for

Good Saturday friends. Today, you will be a blessing in someone's life. Tomorrow, you will be a blessing in someone's life. The next day, you will be a blessing in someone's life. Despite how hard yesterday was, put one foot in front of the other today. Put that smile on, it looks good on you.

Good Thursday Blue Sky. While it may be difficult to take in a nice deep breath in this stifling humidity lately, I have ample reasons to try when I go out to my garden in the morning. The dozens of daylily varieties I've hoarded over the years continue to provide their love. I'll share ☮️&💙
