Migraines often associated with (1) POTS, with standard POTS remedy being salt water and keeping hydrated and (2) falling barometric pressure. I'm not a medical prof'l, I research a lot. And lots of research online, esp Long Covid stuff tied to overlapping LC symptoms. Bests from NYC!
