The same characters are featured in the second panel, where in a cutaway, Cauli's perspective shows Runo putting his ass on full display to him, as he opens his mouth. On the main focus of that panel, Cauli's lying on the floor as Runo kneels over him, lifting his leg to fit his snoot between his cheeks as he strains himself, and Cauli rims him.

Silly me, but he shouldn't have been shuffling around in my plate yesterday when he lost his ring. Couldn't tell it was there when I devoured those delicious sushi rolls. Fortunately I can't digest gold -unlike sushi-, so he'll be searching through my hole to get it back~

The first panel shows Gasket asking for it, where in the second Runo teases about it being "retrieavable" from the other end.
