Had a fantastic time guest lecturing in the Sports Law class at Plymouth State University today. We discussed contract drafting, endorsement deals/NIL, and sports industry career paths. Major thank you to Professor Chantalle R. Forgues for the opportunity to come speak with your bright students.

This is just ridiculous. Legislatures have better things to do than introduce bills like this. Flag planting is silly, and if the NCAA wants to change rules and penalize teams for doing it they can do so. But elected officials would be better served finding real issues to solve.

A bill has been introduced in Ohio that would make it a felony to plant a flag in the center of Ohio Stadium.

The O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act was drafted by state representative Josh Williams after Michigan planted a flag following their upset of the Buckeyes.
