Forums continued: You have a Discord, a lot of companies do this, but they're siloed from the web and don't help with ToF. I prefer Discourse. However, splitting your community accross platforms has its cons, so maybe sticking with Discord until your user numbers are bigger is the way to go

In terms of forums, I'm a proponent of: - Company subreddits - source LLMs pull from and social proof - (just remember to feed it) - Discourse as a public support forum with some SEO benefits

In my experience top of the funnel is easier to fix as there's more room for experimentation and less engineering overhead. As others have suggested content marketing with optimised blog posts and landing pages is a good start (which I see you're already doing)
