I’ve started adding rules to keep this nonsense to a minimum, otherwise every single property, method, etc., has a paragraph of explanatory model vomit.

The AI industry has taken a doomer turn. What now?
In the aftermath of a cyberattack carried out by a swarm of OpenAI agents, the heads of top labs agree they need to slow down. But they won't open up.

"Did OpenAI build AGI?" Short answer: No. Long answer: No. Altman is a con artist and has been for his entire career (the rest of the LLM bros are too, but Altman is well known as one). Even if AGI were ever to happen, it won't be created with an LLM. Stop believing the hype and bullshit.

I love getting Teams messages like, “hey did you see that email?” 99.99% chance I did. I really don’t need a reminder it’s there.

I’ve heard those aren’t as good, but it was way early on, so hopefully it’s gotten better. Either way, I haven’t personally tried them.

Nothing better to get your anxiety and OCD going first thing in a Monday that seeing ALL of your teammates and immediate supervisor and business lead in meetings at the same time And you’re just, ya know, not in there Yes it could be different meetings, etc., but my brain doesn’t go there first.

I fully understand now why guys end up with dens, man caves, etc., and put TVs in them. We have one TV in the house, in the living room. I’ve not watched anything all week, so I sit down, turn on ST: SNW, and the children start talking, arguing, yelling; mom comes in, having conversations, kids …

Enabling WSL Support for the GitHub Copilot App
I’ve been intrigued by the GitHub Copilot App ever since it first shipped at Build a few months ago. It offers a different way of working for me, and I’m getting more comfortable with it …

I know people are having a terrible time getting “correct” responses from these LLMs / harnesses - but I’ve been having a bit of success I don’t attempt one shots anymore - I like to orchestrate agentic teams to do “the work”, and I find an adversarial agent to be particularly helpful.
