From brainstorm to real-world prototyping! Our Senior Service Designer Uneeba led a creative brainstorm activity to reimagine the waiting experience 🧠 She brought lots of the ideas to life through in-person prototyping at a popular tourist spot, testing how they’d work in the real world.
