No... NOOOO. The screw broke. To replace a switch joycon joystick i swapped them with my Anbernic RG35xx H right joystick. Now the old switch joystick will only be screwed down with 1 screw 🫣😭 Second picture shows the speaker will keep it in place, i checked, but it feels still not right 😞

Not really cooling it at the moment. But she works 🤩😅 and had a nice fresh Club-mate. The Amd bc-250 for gaming and maybe ai. Not sure where my spare nvme is, but can boot from usb too, or network. For now i wait or find some better fans and dig up a psu for this. Used the thunderbolt psu as a test

I only found this cropped version, i remember this being a scanned page from probably a german game magazine with an Interview with you about the original xbox. image had been shared on Assemblergames but cannot find the original image or thread. Sadly, we dont see your awesome many wires 😰

Added some basic package registration to teenylinux, and fixed the scripts to properly register themselves, iperf3 and bmake (forked to be "crappie") are new additions. Yet to decide how and where to host these "embedded" packages. To differentiate from the lfs package tree in the future.

Found mine and my grandfather's father calipper (schuifmaat, dutch). Dad dint reconsize the tool at all, might have been used to help build the replica "De Arend" steam locomotive in the Netherlands (but i cant verify). (Replica was build in 1939 to celebrate 100 years dutch railways.)

Loved this controler. Modded one to have the chabging dpad and keyboard was optional an extra addon. 16 buttons usable by games, adding the guide one would be 17. The original xbox controller had variable a,b,x and y buttons btw, from 0 to 255 🫨☺️ nothing seems standard

Xbox 360 from that era dint had l3 nor r3. And it was back, menu and start. But i get your point. Nintendo thought the motion controlls added enough controll, and for alott of games it seems enough. They did release the classic controller that you attached to the same connector as the num chuck.

Bought another hdmi to vga adapter, cause i lost my other one. This one had audio out, and also got slightly warm. Not scary warm, just a bit. Was wondering why. There is a wonderful chip inside, the NX3303X that does video decoding, audio dac (stereo) and if needed, it supports HDCP stuff 👀🏴‍☠️🦜
A black adapter kabel that goes from hdmi (the cable part upwards) to the vga connector in a box below, in white lettering stating "VGA" and "LINE out"The vga connector box opened, im showing the green internal pcb undersjde here, a giant silver groundplane, that also appears to function as a passive heatsink. Sometimes I forget my goals when the puzzle presents a smaller puzzle. but, at least its compiling and i can still debug it. Now (or somewhere this weekend) its time to make patches. maybe.

below is a windows xp vm, with windbg running, various windows showing the dissasembly, sourcecode and debug output from the kernel. basicly saying its missing a vallid entry for pnp0000, believed to be the proper (A)PIC controller. timers, irq, that sort of thing a kernel loves to set if only it knew where and how.
