I made some Omaha Beef Tips & Gravy over white Rice with a side of Bacon Wrapped Asparagus ! Normally I'd serve these over mashed potatoes with regular degular roasted asparagus or green beans BUT , I wanted to try something different (plus my kids LOVE rice)

baking powder in place of baking soda , add cornstarch , freezing the dough before baking , and adding extra flour and less sugar . This can be done w/ SOME chocolate doughs , pumpkin , peanut butter , etc . I used a basic sugar cookie dough & tweaked it to make it strawberry :)
