Is the search function getting reworked? I've had issues with searches using multiple terms/tags, and I've yet to figure out a way to reliably limit results to specific time frames. Also, sorting results by favorites/views without losing search term/tag accuracy would be nice.

Shingles? Like, re-activated chickenpox? I was under the impression that Shingles only occurs in people who have previously had chickenpox and it's not that you CATCH it again, it's that the original virus from when you had it before activated and causes different symptoms later in life.

It's interesting to watch the good-will your userbase had fade as the months drag on. Much of this could have been mitigated with a simple, browsable mirror. 100%. If Nintendo doesn't release another Zelda game I find worth the price, I likely will never buy their titles again. Buy, that is. 😉 Square Enix is also going down a path I can't support, with their recent xenophobia and emphasis on AI.

I never understood the appeal of Pokemon over Digimon when it comes to the anime, but Pokemon DID use to be the defacto option for games between the two. But the last few generations of Pokemon have been an utter joke. I'll stick to replaying the classics when I feel like Pokemon.

I wholeheartedly agree. There isn't really a written-art alternative, apart from extraordinarily problematic sites. Like I said, I was originally eager for SoFurry to be back. But the delays have truly gone beyond the pale, and I'm not impressed with the excuses. Clearly, SF is a low priority.

Paywalls like that are put up by the WRITER, not the hosting service. You'll find that kind of thing on Patreon all the time. Rarely with writing, though, because there is literally no stereotype about artists more famous than how bad writers are at meeting deadlines.

If funding is an issue, I suggest a donation drive. When you guys suddenly dropped all content hosting two months ago, I never would have dreamed you would fail to have ANYTHING up by now. As anyone who works in tech knows, nothing is as fatal to a business model as extended delays.
