For National Cheeseburger Day I made this- The bun is a garlic onion cheese bagel, with a spread of Philly cream cheese with chive & onions. The beef has a light rub with Famous Dave’s Burger & Steak Seasoning. I put bleu cheese crumbles on top after the flip, then melted a slice of cheddar on top.

Thinking about one of my all time favorite places, that no longer exists- the Universal (Gibson) Amphitheater. I saw a lot of amazing concerts there over the years.

Gibson Amphitheatre entrance, shortly before it's final shows.

Giant Gibson Les Paul models hung in the concourse area. I always wonder what happened to those, when they tore down the place.
