Today is a home project day. Just one cut so far, not bad. Yesterday was an adventure day! I travelled to the south east I. Order to visit a couple of lighthouses I had not yet seen. This is Panmure lighthouse.

Chilly morning with seven veils of cloud keeping me from the sun. I was surprised that a little pink was painted on the one cloud layer after the sun was clear of the horizon. We have had a flirtation of flurries over the past week … tomorrow we may see the sun!

The walk was full of birds, battalions of crows followed by gulls floating by. In the trees busy chickadees, blue jays and a group of juncos. A startled eagle. While I stood vigil awaiting the sun, a king fisher joined me, perched on the post at the end of the dock. Sharing that time was bliss
