Pumpkin alerted on our 4am walk, to what I thought was a coyote, but it was larger than my 60 lb dog, and not domestic. We don’t have wolves this far south, so it was the biggest coyote I’ve ever seen. Usually the ones that I see are scrawny. This one was well fed, and I’d put at 50+ pounds

I took several months off to care for my Dad when chemo/tDiation weren’t working. There were good days, and bad, and yes, the dark thoughts. I had them too. Be present for them, do your best, and you won’t spend eternity wishing you could have done more. And be gentle to yourself. It’s hard.
