Due to the captain's interests in the sciences, Zhuo Wen speaks to Chu Yan quite often. When Zhuo Wen brings up a topic he's researching, Chu Yan chimes in with questions and insights about philosophical implications about of that topic. For instance, 'how might extreme time dilation change our view on time?' Zhuo Wen is at the frontlines of science, looking to answer those questions."
