running an OpenSim grid with (currently) 4 regions active, and about 300 some prims loaded is using ... under 300mb of ram My dude, with 18 gigs of ram I could probably launch like 100 regions on my grid without it breaking a sweat

one cool thing about running my own regions on opensim on my own server, is that I can take each region offline individually, and as I do so, they vanish off of the live map like the world just ate entire patches of land 😂
