The Resonant - Psyker a little card i did up in a few hours for an ss13 group featuring different types of supernatural abilities. this is the one for the Psyker subtype ft. Bwib i wonder if it's obvious what game i'm referencing

The tower is an industrial company, hiring hazardous anomalies to generate materials, fuel and power. Basically lots of gassy folks get hired and the more poerful they are the higher class hazard they get assigned as.
