Been trying to teach my parents this lesson for 30+ years and yet I still receive texts like “TV doesn’t work” once a week.
What doesn’t work? Doesn’t turn on? Isn’t connected to the internet? Isn’t logged into the account? What is your specific problem? I cannot diagnose “doesn’t work.”
