Why would you even tease a spot you made such a big deal bout a celeb doing the night before? #wrestlemania

Clint W @clintessential.mastodon.au.ap.brid.gy · 20/04/2026

Even before the main event I think I have to say this is going close to Worst #Wrestlemania Ever Really is getting time to walk away and cancel Netflix, for so many reasons

Randy's entry has gone on longer than most if not all of the matches tonight #wrestlemania

Yeah I'm really not sure that second part is a negative...

Clint W @clintessential.mastodon.au.ap.brid.gy · 18/01/2026

The positive thing is that through all the stress of watching Trump destroy the US and the world and decend it all into WWIII is that at least I have the pleasant distracting joy of watching my football side to take my mind of it... Oh, wait, Spurs.... 😭 #COYS #THFC

Ok just have to say it as I keep seeing the ad during the cricket (and am sure others have also commented) but much as I endorse the stand up to hate message hard to take it seriously when the ad includes Kyle, Eddie and the like...

Why would you waste a drs review on a dodgy call against a night watchman? #ashes #theashes

Okay had to chuckle when they had the shot of/among the Richie's and the guy walking back with his tray of beers was looking around confused trying to spot his Richie's among all the others 🤣 #ashes #theashes

So happy for big O after the heartbreak of last year and how brilliantly he took it #afl #aflgf

Clint W @clintessential.mastodon.au.ap.brid.gy · 27/09/2025

Shows the difference when you cough it up and give up a goal when in front vs when you do it while a couple of goals down and needing everything to go right... Just deflates you #afl #aflgf

Yeah sorry #UCI that wont fly... you cant tolerate and even actively chase and accept sportswashing, then when it gets blowback roll out the "Sport is Neutral" line. An attempt to have your cake and eat it This applies for FIFA and many other sports as well […] [Original post on mastodon.au]

Interesting read on the current and future of Social Media Do like that it mentions about finding that balance with the new smaller communities (via discord or wherever) between finding tribe but not becoming too insular and echo chamber #SocialMedia […]

Shooting of foreign journalists, opposition politicians in handcuffs and being detained... Not shocking that this goes on in the world, but shocking it is happening where you would not expect it to be....

In Ange We Trust... I hope he gets to carry on, but if it does end after this season then will happily take the Second Year trophy and that he has moved the club forward (even with the league struggles this year) #COYS #THFC

When your weather and sci fi geekdom crash headlong into each other.... with this weather in #Melbourne this morning, for some reason every time my brrain thinks how humid it is my inner voice pronounces it like an old school Ferengi says "Hoo-mun" - "Hoo-mid" 🤣 #Weather #SciFi #StarTrek

You do realise how ridiculous this all sounds right AFL ? esp to the casual fans If you are going to insist on letting this continue thats fine, just change the name to "Supplemental" Draft/List or something so having a 33yo 3 club 3 premiership "Rookie" isnt so laughable #AFL

In 2017, 150k people paid Cards Against Humanity to protect a pristine plot of border land from Trump’s racist wall. But then an even richer, more racist billionaire stole their land and dumped his shit all over it. Fuck that! www.ElonOwesYou100Dollars.com #ElonOwesMe100Bucks

Apologies to my friends in the US and many good people who I actually like... but if anywhere even close to the majority (popular or electoral) still vote for DJT after this and this is election is anywhere even near close, then not sure there is any saving the US as a nation...
