A few weeks ago, I did an interview for the newspaper @humanite.fr. The article was published this week, a few days after PSG won the 2025 UEFA Champions League.

Salut Romain.

Saudi World Cup 2034 day (oh, yeah, and 2030 World Cup, which has been totally sidelined because of the other one). Finally learned what vote by “acclamation” means in this context. Won’t be a show of hands. Acclamation, in Swiss law, means without opposition. So not sure what happens with Norway

#NOSAUDI34 Are we going like our National Football Federations, to continue approving and legitimising FIFA's criminal decisions? Or are we finally going to have the courage, as the women's footballers have shown us, to OPPOSE a FIFA that is killing the planet, people and, football?

The Norwegian FA, NFF, says the bidding process undermines FIFA's own 2016 reforms for good governance and transparent World Cup allocations.

Robin has travelled from Sweden to Zurich to send FIFA a clear message - protect people and our planet, stop Saudi '34! If only the associations and administrators complicit in this decision had the same moral courage as one young fan...🌎⚽️ Proud to stand with @climateactionfa.bsky.social 💪

[OPEN LETTER] In a week, FIFA will make it official that the 2034 Men's World Cup will be held in Saudi Arabia. Is this the football we want tomorrow? How long will we continue to accept FIFA's decisions taken at the expense of the Planet, Human Rights and even Football?
