The term "Blowjob Brothers" was coined by @dril.bsky.social, who explicitly defined it as "two guys in any context whatsoever." The word "guys" can be interpreted multiple ways, but "Brothers" implies they are male. They don't have to be friends; it can be "any context whatsoever."
