This is Miss Opaline Jean Weenerdog, who’ll be 14 in March. Opal was about 6 months old when I got her from a shelter & she’s been my cuddlebear ever since. My 1st doxie was named Ruby: hello sweet Ruby & all the other sweet angels! 🐕 May Santa bring you all the nice treats you surely deserve❤️

I always think about butt crack sizes and their wide variations after seeing this John & Yoko photo and being prompted to notice their butts. Now I wonder about negative butts with tiny butt cracks, or butt cracks that are half the back. Big ole butt crack.

I make cold porcelain fairy sculptures sometimes. What’s your favorite color…and do you like iridescent paint and sparkly ambiance? I make them slowly to what you want or what I think you’d adore. Cold porcelain is a helluva sculptural medium, I kinda love it.

Holiday wreaths…fingers so cut from wires and stained from pine tar. The biggest is the silver & sparkles with electric fairy lights, a pine cone wreath with very pleasant symmetry, & a broad magnolia with select gold gilded leaves. I can’t decide if I want bows on the pine & magnolia wreaths, hmm.

At my last cut & color, I had hair farmed long enough for my stylist to cut 9” braids for donation to those with hair loss. I was feeling super queer & got chunks of rainbow highlights along the lowest 2-3” of my bob. Fave hairstyle in ages; not easily seen from the front. Love my stylist dearly 🫶

We (mostly my brother) keep about 25ish chickens for eggs: if one of our sweet ladies die, it’s probably old age & they receive a Buddhist burial. The types of hens we have lay these lovely pastel eggs; some are blue, green, pink, and obviously beige. No taste difference, but they’re very pretty.

I’m obsessed with makeup. I seem to collect it, love applying it—especially shifty indie eyeshadow from women & POC owned brands. I wear it, I watch videos about it, and I have enough eyeshadow to cover my state in sparkly powder.

I’ve studied & practiced Kadampa Buddhism going on 14 years. After a lifetime of Atheism, I was humbled by a string of impossible coincidences that led me to my knees in front of a giant Buddha Shakyamuni statue inside a beautiful temple, and I realized what I’d been missing.

I’m a big advocate to treat mental illnesses…I’m poked hard by anxiety, ADHD, depression & PTSD and wouldn’t wish them on anyone. Been in therapy ten years plus I believe in interventional meditation, and no, I’m not interested in why drugs are bad for mental issues: you do you, my doctors do me.
