This is a redo of a drawing from 2019-2018 ish. Originally the mage did also had a spirit with them but I couldn't make that work in well. There's quite a lot I wanted to change and nice to look back the oldest drawing I have.

Based on Kelpies, a shapeshifting spirit in British folklore. Using the disguise of a beautiful horse or woman, they lure people to the edge of the water and drag them under. My submission into Aprils Design Duel (a monthly challenge on magma hosted by Likewise, magma.com/artist/likewise)
