They’re coming for our water, our farms, and now our beer. You can’t have Texas beer without Texas agriculture. At the State Fair, Texans are telling us they’re worried about AI data centers taking the resources our farms and communities depend on.

Rural Texas deserves real economic development. For too long, rural communities have been treated like sacrificial lambs while the Greedy Few make the decisions and walk away with the profits. We need to rebuild the rural economy without sacrificing our water or our way of life.

Breaking news! My opponent just pulled a Greg Abbott by flip flopping on data centers. After months of his parrots saying there's nothing the ag commissioner can do, he suddenly realized the election is a month away and changed his tune.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when you put kids to work in a garden. Kids who were fighting and skipping class started showing up again, improving their grades, and making things right with each other.

Great conversations here in Victoria at Tejas Fest! Texans want affordable food from local farms, water protected for our communities, and a future that isn't sold off to Big Tech and corporate monopolies.

Organized money has never given working people a damn thing. Safe and affordable food came from organized people fighting for it. If we want to take our food system back from the monopolies, we have to organize again.

We are statistically tied, and this race is moving. The billionaires and corporate bigshots have plenty of money to throw around. We have Texans ready to fight for our water, our privacy, and affordable, safe food. Only organized people can beat organized money. Now is the time to prove it.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: A federal judge just HALTED the destruction of Big Bend. This is a massive victory for the landowners, local communities, and everyday Texans who stood up to protect one of our state's greatest treasures. The fight isn't over, but today, the people won.
Graphic from the Center for Biological Diversity over a scenic view of Big Bend. Large text reads, “MASSIVE WIN FOR BIG BEND.” Below, it says a federal judge has frozen all destruction throughout the Big Bend region until the project’s legality can be determined in court. The graphic adds that the Center will continue fighting to save Big Bend and asks supporters to join them.

The price you pay at the grocery store shouldn’t depend on how much a corporation thinks it can squeeze out of you. With surveillance pricing, companies can use AI and your personal data to calculate how much you’ll pay for what you need.

My family helped build this church generations ago. I want future generations of Texans to inherit something worth protecting, too. We shouldn’t rush headfirst into AI data centers that threaten our water, our land, and our communities without asking what we’re giving up along the way.

I’ve worked my family’s ranch growing up and continuously for the past 10+ years. Young farmers who work their family’s land, or who lease land, are still farmers. I reject my opponent's implications that young farmers are not farmers.
Press release graphic from Clayton Tucker for Texas Agriculture Commissioner over a photo of Tucker in a cowboy hat working with cattle on a ranch. The statement says Tucker grew up working on his family’s ranch and still works it today, argues that young farmers do not need to personally own the land they work to count as farmers, and responds to Nate Sheets’ challenge to his agricultural qualifications.

Texans shouldn't have to pay to be watched. While communities across Texas are pulling the plug on Flock cameras, Kyle voted to keep spending taxpayer dollars on this surveillance technology. Texans deserve privacy, transparency, and a say in how we're being tracked.
Graphic featuring a Caldwell-Hays Examiner headline reading, “Kyle officials cited in Urban Dictionary’s new definition for politicos loyal to warrantless state surveillance.” Below is an Urban Dictionary-style entry defining “Flock Bloc” as politicians who support police surveillance using Flock license plate-reading cameras. The graphic names Kyle Mayor Yvonne Flores-Cale and Councilwoman Melisa Medina and says they supported continued taxpayer spending on the technology. Photos of both officials appear at the bottom.

Yesterday, we raised questions about whether Data Nate meets the legal qualifications to serve as Ag Commissioner. Now he’s questioning my own experience, so I’m answering him directly: growing up and working on a family ranch doesn’t stop counting because the land is still in your family’s name.

Agriculture isn’t a campaign prop to me. It’s my life. I grew up baling hay, mending fences, and working livestock on my family’s ranch. Texas law requires real agricultural experience for a reason. Texans deserve answers about whether Data Nate meets those requirements.
Press release graphic from Clayton Tucker for Texas Agriculture Commissioner over a photo of a rural barn. The graphic quotes Tucker saying Texans deserve an Agriculture Commissioner who meets Texas law’s requirements, describing his experience working on his family’s ranch, and arguing that Nate Sheets likely does not meet the legal qualifications for the office based on his agricultural experience. It concludes: “Texas law is clear: the Commissioner who oversees Texas Agriculture should be of, by, and for those who are actually in the industry.”

Only organized people can beat organized money. I was in Jim Hogg county talking with folks about data centers, Al, water, diesel, and more. Organized money is pushing for Al data centers. If we're not careful, outwater, tarms, and communities may pay the price.

765 transmission lines are popping up across Texas. They're massive, they're damaging, they may not be entirely legal. They're also going to many of the data center hotspots, which begs the question: who are they really for?

Our food should be affordable. It should also be safe to eat. Food monopolies have gotten too powerful, and working families are paying the price. It’s time to take our food system back from the Greedy Few.

We’re moving up in the polls and are now in a statistical tie. A new statewide poll has us at 44% to Data Nate’s 46%, within the margin of error. These Corrupt Bigshots have the lobbyists, the PACs, and piles of money. We have people.
Graphic showing Clayton Tucker and Nate Sheets in front of the Texas Capitol. Tucker appears in full color holding a microphone, while Sheets is tinted red behind him. Large text reads “Statistical Tie.” Poll numbers show Clayton Tucker at 44% and “Data Nate” at 46%, within the margin of error. The graphic cites Texas Public Opinion Research, September 2026, with a ±3.6% margin of error.

Healthy soil is one of our best defenses against drought. Healthy soil lets more rain soak in and stay available for crops instead of being lost to runoff and evaporation. We need to rebuild our soil and protect the land that feeds us.

These Corrupt Bigshots are moving faster than they can control their own technology. OpenAI reportedly didn't know its AI was meddling with U.S. government websites until after it happened.

Go Texan is in danger. It promotes growing, processing, and manufacturing in Texas. It’s a great brand that helps local Texas businesses grow. My opponent, Data Nate, wants to get rid of the Go Texan program, which ain’t surprising, considering he was a food importer who sold out to Wall Street.

900 Flock cameras down. Thousands more to go. Texans should be able to drive down the road without Big Tech tracking where we go and building a database of our movements. Communities across Texas are starting to pull the plug. Let’s de-flock Texas.
Texas Tribune graphic with the headline, “At least 900 Flock cameras have been unplugged in Texas since state funding was cut.” The graphic says at least 14 cities and counties have shut off Flock cameras since state funding was rescinded in late August. Houston and Dallas shut down grant-funded cameras while keeping much of their networks operating, while Plano, Robinson, and Kendall County ended their Flock contracts entirely. Dated September 24, 2026.

Brisket is getting too expensive for Texas BBQ joints to sell. Something is seriously wrong. Families can't afford higher grocery bills, and small businesses can't keep eating these costs. We need a food system that works for the people who grow our food, sell our food, and eat our food.
A KWTX news graphic shows sliced brisket and barbecue ribs on a cutting board. Text reads, “‘That is a killer’: Some barbecue restaurants in Texas are pulling brisket and ribs from their menus due to high beef prices.”

Texas is running out of water, y’all. Water is life. Agua es vida. We can get a lot of things wrong and still recover, but if we lose our water, nothing else matters. I’m a farmer. Water and food are the issues I live with every day, and Texas families deserve leaders who will protect both.

This isn’t about your favorite political sports team. This is about protecting Texas from inflation. When both Gina Hinojosa, Sid Miller, and myself are calling for Greg Abbott to suspend the gas tax, you know it’s important. My opponent hasn’t said a word about any of this.

Texas is staring down an 11-gigawatt AI data center campus in the Panhandle. Project Matador has already secured a state permit for 6 gigawatts of natural-gas power generation. A project this massive raises serious questions about the strain on Texas water, power, and rural communities.

The water problem doesn’t end at the intake pipe. Data centers are already drawing scrutiny over how much water they use. Now their wastewater is raising concerns about what gets put back into our water.
Graphic featuring a Guardian headline reading, “US datacenters face further backlash over wastewater pollution.” The subheadline says cases involving rare bacteria, “forever chemicals,” and other alleged pollution have prompted alarm.
