Right at the end of #95 of my 100k wheelchair adventure, a couple of friends were waiting for me at the local pub, a well-deserved pint at the table. My friends spotted me from inside and started waving. And watched as a man we didn’t know, smiling, took hold of the chair, and ran away with me.

I'm 6 years into MS now and the journey has been so frightening and I've felt so very unsafe, uncertain about the future. But through it all I've started to cherish the moment better, to cherish relationships, and this is one of those connections for which I can be really grateful.
