oh cool lucanis virginity discourse that's super triggering bc people keep reposting the comment containing allusions to him being "forced into sex for training" such a lovely day to be an SA survivor! CONTENT WARN FOR FUCK'S SAKE

CW: SA The issue is the implication that his sexual encounters were forced to happen, not whether or not he has had any, just for anyone who isn’t clear on that. Also fucking content warn your posts. Anyways plz stop treating any dev/writers/VA’s social media posts as word of god for fuck’s sake.

I am not touching this new round of Lucanis sexuality discourse with a ten foot pole bc people once again refuse to focus on the actual issue at hand and it ain’t Lucanis’s hypothetical body count. Gonna just be over in my corner enjoying the fictional man the way I want to bc I am so over this

AI art is not "a tool for disabled people", it's harmful to disabled artists who depend on digital commissions to afford basic necessities. stop using disabled people as a shield for your lack of ethics.

They are more like a cross between a research team and emergency response group. They do have a lot of Dalish members ofc bc their focus is on studying and quelling awakened Elven Artifacts, but they r also not exclusively Dalish bc other people do live in/near Arlathan and would care about helping.

120

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 04/07/2025

I get confused when I see ppl treat the Veil Jumpers like they are a traditional Dalish clan that is like established in Arlathan for ages. I am like 🤨 We are told they were formed as a response to Solas messing w/ stuff that set off the artifacts there, so they have *at most* existed for 8-10 yrs

Everyday of my life

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

Basically my thoughts come down to: self care and growth is not easy and takes a while. Sometimes it’s downright painful, esp when you have to face your own negative behaviors & unlearn them. But it’s worth it to be a better person for *yourself* & it will help foster better relationships given time

030

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

And personally I think everyone can benefit from therapy (some it is easier than others, and finding the right type for you is also v important) But therapy isn’t going to magically fix you. It’s a lot of hard work actually, and sometimes things might get worse before they get better

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

Like medication absolutely is a wonderful tool for helping with things like depression, anxiety, etc that should be used! (when prescribed by a physician or psychiatrist) I’m on two different anti depressants bc I don’t got enough dopamine goin on up there, so store bought is fine!

120

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

It absolutely is. Like I am a better person, better friend/daughter/coworker/etc now than I was. But it’s really hard to undo trauma and let go of deeply rooted anxieties. I think a lot of people give up or don’t try bc it is never really going to be an instant fix or fast experience.

120

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

Gonna ramble about some mental health related stuff real quick so just. Warning for that. As someone who has been on around a year long journey after having a Major Crash Out, I have been reflecting on it a lot and the reality of how fucking hard it is to do. And not in a “it’s not worth it” way

I am very much not anti-critical btw lol I am *very* critical of the media I consume, and also fandom behavior. I do think that people should be allowed to just enjoy inconsequential things. But others who behave in ways that make it harder for others to enjoy themselves will get criticized 🤷🏻‍♀️

How about we stop judging ships which are totally fine just because people are splitting up existing relationships, lmao, those are dolls to play with, let people enjoy things, there are AU's for a reason, mute or block them if you dislike it, instead of making them feel bad about it 😣

24213

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 21/06/2025

And this of course does not apply if you’re pointing actually harmful things like racism/transphobia/sexism/etc. I mean actually harmless things like they like a NPC/OC ship you don’t

050

ClassicLeeChaos (Lee) @classicleechaos.bsky.social · 21/06/2025

When fandom becomes about telling people was is and isn’t “allowed”, that you’re judging others abt things like their harmless hcs, not liking certain ships or act as if their way of enjoying said thing is better, it *is* puritanical/moralistic/etc. I’m gonna call a spade a spade when I see one.

If you don't like a ship just block or mute. It's literally that simple. Don't shame people for 'breaking up established ships', it's literally just fiction.
