The past years have seen horrendous attacks towards trans people. We have a duty to protect the most vulnerable members of our communities. There is no Haskell without the trans people who have shaped it through the years. This June is a month of celebrations, but the struggle continues. ✊🏳️‍⚧️λ

Those warnings about uses of `Integer` even if you don't use any in your code? Yeah, we're working on those! 😎 Already in 1.10 and ready to use, `NumConvert` is here to help with that! clash-lang.org/blog/2026-05... #Haskell #FPGA

`NumConvert`: Type-safe number conversions in Clash 1.10
Starting from Clash 1.10, converting between number types becomes easier and safer. Typically, developers use fromIntegral to convert between number types. This is perfectly fine in pure Haskell, but ...

Clash 1.10 released
Clash 1.10 is out, with GHC 9.12 support, safer number conversions, the removal of Clash.Prelude.DataFlow, and a few porting notes.

Ever got caught with a numeric literal that was too big for a Clash (or otherwise Haskell) Type and didn’t get a warning or an error? Yeah, us too! So we introduce a new package: `checked-literals` Read more about it in the new post: clash-lang.org/blog/0009-ch... #haskell #fpga

We are looking for your feedback! 👀 Have you tried to learn Clash in the past? Are you using Clash right now? Anything that didn't quite click or was unwieldy to use? Something you think we should improve? 🥼 clash-lang.discourse.group/t/we-d-love-... #FPGA #Clash #Haskell

What happens when Clash meets Rust? Interesting things that bring us to the edge of what the languages can handle! See how we approached representing Clash’s numeric types in Rust in this new blog post. clash-lang.org/blog/0008-cl... #rustlang #haskell #fpga

Curious how #Clash models signals for #FPGA and #ASIC in #Haskell? This short post/tutorial explains this, with an interactive diagram for visualizing clock domain crossing 🤯 clash-lang.org/blog/0007-si...

Tricking Haskell into state: how Clash's Signal type works
I recently came across a question on /r/haskell, where /u/netj_nsh asked whether Clash supports asynchronous circuit designs. They went on to ask whether designing with multiple, synchronous clock dom...

Hello World! ✨ Clash is an open source functional hardware description language built on #Haskell, so if #FPGA, #ASIC and #Haskell are right up your alley, check out our website (link in bio) and give us a follow, we'll be posting more in the future :)
