I do want to compete at a powerlifting meet sometime. Maybe when I reach my 210lb goal. 315lb bench 455lb squat 495lb deadlift 1,265lb total isn't unreasonable. I will always strive to be well rounded health wise. And I do like lifting. But I won't go so far as to go for wr stuff.

If I want my goal of 315lb bench, I need at least a 189lb OHP max. And a 405lb serious bench 235lb OHP. But my legs are great now. I didn't find my squat or deadlift max in a while. But I care more about consistent strength with feel good movements than these monster compounds for now.

But for a long time I didn't know why my bench was so weak compared to my row? I have a single arm row, without bicep flection, 280lb x 7. But my max bench ever was 255lb. I found the weakness. OHP. Dips- 233lb bodyweight for 21 reps. E1rm, 396lb. But overhead press... 125lb x 8 ~ 155lb max

I want my strength to go up. And I found some weaknesses I didn't know I had. For a while now I am doing Jefferson curls, so my lower back is bullet proof. 205lb x 12 Leg press 1,018lb x 25 Next time I'm gonna try yoga blocks. This will help my legs.

I'm around 1,100 on chesscom now. My weakness is the ability to make a game plan in the middle game that isn't just, "move the pieces closer to the king" Even though it works a lot, I blunder and lose. I can win winning positions. But I don't know how to be more efficient in a range of positions.

But people that do play their games at a tournament level, it is a nightmare. Samurai knows this. And Nintendo's stance on any competition tournament of their games has been bad. Or they want to stay away and let us me. Splatoon, Mario kart. Smash. Etc have been not sell supported.

Even if you put a Smash64 Melee Brawl Ultimate Collection. That is 4 games that would all need changes. Enhanced textures. Features. Etc. The idea only sounds good to people that want to turn on the game. But don't have a disk, and wii.

And with melee, 1.02 isn't the latest version. It's PAL. Which no body likes. And with the MVC 2 rerelease, they did make changes to the base game including gameplay. Even if it was welcomed. No body trusts them to make an effort to make a worthy rerelease.

And for competitive games, there is always a split between the first version and the rerelease. The Halo master chief collection is a good example. It just ruined the scene where they couldn't agree what to play on. Any minor change is a change.

They only rereleased smash64. Which is telling. Wii shop should have stayed a thing. It was the best shop. That size limit did limit what games like super meat boy could have been on it. Smash has always been about the new release.

I'm improving so fast at melee rn. It's simple stuff. Daily speed training, eggercise act out of lag toggle. Having a more sound basic strategy, all the shine tech oos. Actually knowing how to wait after a bait in neutral. I'll see how I do in the next construct.

This was 2 wi players against each other. I won the first game with a Mewtwo ditto. He played Mewtwo before, Wario main now. I barely lost the next 2 games. I hated that I got hit by so much down smash. And I hated losing. I hated losing this match the most, more than the other 3 combined.

P+ Toundra- randon Ivey, and said they were last seed. But it was a nail biter. FIRST MEWTWO SET WAS A 2-1 WIN. Orly- i waited 1hr 30+ minutes for this set because he got 2nd in melee singles. I took 3 stocks. Kibby- whoever seeded this was a monster.

feras- was apparently an upset. But I won 2-0. I can see their skill, but he seemed frustrated about the MU. Ashley- I played and got some good plays on both sides. But game 3 was a 3 stock loss. They over shooted my jumps and grabbed everything. Very good player. I had some weird mis-inputs.
