Time has run out for Republicans. With Election Day bearing down, a new POLITICO poll finds even an end to the Iran war, lower gas prices, more jobs, or lower inflation would move few undecided voters toward the GOP. Worse for Trump: voters don’t believe he can deliver those improvements anyway.
