Calling road experts! One of our main urban roads was recently "refurbished" (good, because potholes). It looks all shiny and black, but the tarmac still has major wear/bits missing. Is this OK? I'm wondering why you'd go to all the expense of closing the road and not bother resurfacing it 🧐
