So hey, I delivered a model update today! Avi's Yinglets/Pixel Yinglets For VRChat 0.985 is officially LIVE as a public version, and as an editable package (including Blender, Krita, and .unitypackage files) on all its paid download platforms

Pixel Yinglet update! Finally hit Medium rank on mobile. Physbones and toggles need Unity work (and shader/polycount limitations mean it won't be quite as robust as zhe PC build), but it'll be head and shoulders above zhe mobile version as it exists currently

What can I say, sometimes you need new 2D art and it takes a long time to hit somezhing zat doesn't feel like settling. It's worzh zhe effort zhough

I'm an hour early, and all trains are on time. Good ~v~

A human arm held out in front of a view of the interior of King Street Station. On the arm is a smartwatch displaying the time: 7:50 AM, past the sleeve of a jacket showing Moozua art of vinyl records and the Generation 4 pony fandom mascot Vinyl Scratch (AKA DJ Pon-3). Above the watch is a blurred view of the station's realtime information display.

Leaving today required me to pass zhru Seattle's local Guardian of Whatever

The front of Seattle King Street Station's upper entrance, photographed in early morning. In front of it is an art installation of several abstract multicolor structures crowded around a candy-striped arch.

OK! Zhis year I have successfully met and gotten scribbles from two show staff members and all 3 Dazzlings. Zhis includes what I zhink can easily be called zhe longest line wait it's reasonable to expect from zhis show

Unfurled by packages for two pony card games (Twilight Sparkle's Secret Shipfic Folder and Horse Con), an ensemble pic featuring all 7 main characters from Friendship is Magic, alongside princesses Celestia and Luna. Signatures from: Tabitha St. Germain, Nicole Oliver, Andrea Libman, M.A. Larson, Amy Keating Rogers, and Lauren Faust.

A picture featuring 3 pastel multicolor human teenage girls (the Dazzlings), each singing into a microphone in a different ways (from left to right: calm, playful, intense). In the background are 3 silhouettes of sirens in colors that complement each of the 3 singers. Signed by voice actors Maryke Hendrikse, Diana Kaarina, and Kazumi Evans.

Green Hay concert has me finally getting brony rock

Picture of Everfree Northwest 2026's stage: fogged up and lit purple, Green Hay (a supergroup featuring PrinceWhateverer, MelodyBrony, and DBPony) play a trio of guitars while a pony music video of Twilight Sparkle activated in anime fight-style plays in the background

Leaving zhis morning, my bedroom was totally overcluttered, my art queue overstacked; tons of responsibilities and business to finish, AND I've been sent on a royal mission to Equestria for 3.5 days. But hey, you can get zhere by train now!

Quest model's clozhing seems weighted properly (for zhe topology I settled on, at least). My yinglet technique continues to increase

- Quest version of Pixel Yinglet's in a good spot (just checked blendshapes today after manually decimating). Once clozhes (+ eyeshines) are reimplemented zhis version will probably be where zhe yinglet model forks into two packages, pixelly and stylized, in zhe same purchase

- Took my motorcycle out for zhe first time since my GRS revision in April. I've got a reliable route mapped out and it's looking like I'll be able to get actual saddle time in

A morning photograph of a parking lot with a Kawasaki Versys-X 300 motorcycle parked on it, with a Givi top case mounted to the back, and a duffel bag secured via ROK straps. Sticker on the side of the gas tank reads "Kawehsaki". Typical of American parking lots, the sky looks straight out of a Renaissance painting.

I'm doing it! I'm figuring it out. Also, I truly love being me (no specific stream plans yet but if I go live I'll let y'all know)

An OBS Studio stream layout featuring the opening screen of Undertale in Japanese, displaying control instructions. Next to it is a capture of a Blender window where the main character is drawn in grease pencil. In front of it is a PNGTuber of a female yinglet in front of an art desk. To her right is a small window capture of jisho.org looking up "sou sa" (which translates to English as "operation, management, handling"). To the right of it is the album cover for Origins EP by eksoka (with album art featuring a sleeping Fluttershy), and to its right is a walking yinglet GIF drawn by Valsalia. In front is a status message: "mic status: off! no music either"

Blender project file! Za idea is I'd be able to swap out zhe logo and textures for ozher stuff if I get zhe inkling to do so, or even model zhe landscape diorama in 3D if I feel like it. It's good for now zhough, I'll revisit it after I work on a few projects zat aren't just for me

Couple of pony OCs: Creature Comforts and her bestie Baked Alaska #AviArt #mlp

Two ponies in My Little Pony Generation 4 style: A female unicorn (Creature Comforts) with creamy skin and a frazzled blue mane with bright and dark desaturated shades and light blue eyes, wearing glasses, ear studs, and slight eyebags, next to a medium-tan Earth pony (Baked Alaska) with half-lidded orange eyes, frizzy espresso whip mane, and wearing a milk-chocolate tuque hat. Both ponies are wearing collared shirts.

Refsheet commission for @marsupialtrash.bsky.social! I went wild on faces here because Dreck's an amazing cutie patreon.com/AviYinglet ko-fi.com/AviYinglet #yinglet

Front and back views against a textured desaturated blue brush-stroke background of a female yinglet with sleek head/snout shape, short pointed ears, green eyes, and possum colored fur (with a poofless pink tail): Dreck the Yinglet, who has a large nosering, long black hair with bright red fringe, a metal spiked belt, and cross-strap top paired with a flapless inward-arc skirt. Pronouns: she/her, she's nervous (startles easily). Coloration heavily inspired by a yinglet on Out-of-Placers webcomic page #175.

Twelve (!) facial expressions of Dreck, laid out in a grid with spacing of upward and downward-pointed chevrons. From left to right, four rows of three: casual relieved smile, startled, sleeping, mildly incredulous, brain broken, "Yeah OK", curious, skeptical, "That's bullshit", flustered, mild attention, confusion.

Minor announcement re: personal energy levels! (details are currently in followers-only posts, but I'm doing good regardless)

Pic of a Kobo Libra Colour eReader with stylus. On it is a drawing of a female yinglet (Avi) sleepily regarding the audience while wearing a "time for crab" T-shirt as a dress. Dialogue:

"So! On orders from my doctor (who I trust), I've been trying to lose weight.

The calorie deficit's been modest, BUT I've been a little low-energy recently.

(Details can be found on my fediverse account: AviYinglet at scalie.club)

The planned volley of yinglet art will resume shortly."
