I've just taught the teen how to batch cook. I'm hoping it encourages them to eat what they've cooked instead of their safe foods of noodles, pasta, and chicken strips. They've discovered garlic and five spice smells nice. Fingers crossed.

My teen and I have a great way of taking the piss out the Catholic family on their dad's side's attitude to their being a lesbian. We went for a coffee this morning after an appointment and I posted "coffee date with my fave lesbian" tagging their dad. So they will now see it on their timeline
