My sellke is sunbathing on a rock, sitting on her seal skin and checking out other selkies on her phone. It is part of the Aberdeen Art Gallery's permanent art collection.

Inspired by the depiction of wild women in secular medieval art. These are a mix of wild women and the non secular Mary Magdalene imagery, taking on the poses of "beasts". They sit amongst the artificial wilderness and tamed nature atop majolica style flower bricks.

𝓢𝓽 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓮𝓵, 2022 H 82 x W 56 x D36cm Inspired 15th century panel paintings, in particular that by Josse Lieferinxe, 1493-1505, with the archangels foot in the Devil's mouth/beak! My St Michael, in the same pose, is a young woman with fancy-dress wings, taking a selfie on her golden phone.

The Card Game, 2023 H57 X W40 x D37cm Private Collection. This devil is based on various medieval depictions, but the rainbow colours come from Hans Memling's devil from the Earthly Vanity and Divine Salvation triptych. Posting old favourites until this becomes the favoured social space!
