It’s been so long since I played ACNH. Basically since pokopia came out. I had to look 🫠 But I will move heaven and hell to have Phil on every island I have.

I love this kinda stuff. White Horse was the first song that felt like my life. So it should be first. Mine felt like my life. I think it’s accurate.

Had a early birthday brunch. It was so good. And tomorrow, the family comes with me to see The Shining And picked up my vinyl of the remastered Rubber Soul Such a nice day!

A circular light wood table with 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of sparkling wine in a stem glass, 2 place settings with green napkins and silverware. In the background is a windowsill with plants. The city view is seen through the windows.

Well I’m just missing my fav restaurant instead of making my planned dinner. I think this was the Ploughmans platter and always switched up a bit. This was taken on my wedding anniversary in 2016. I need to make dinner because I’m so hungry now. I love food pics. They bring back memories to me.

Two wooden planks of black pepper bread, cucumbers, mushrooms, stone ground mustard, charcuterie, nuts, berry compote, white cheese, a spreadable whipped cheese times 2, and herbs.

I’m trying to find a new brunch spot. Like the places I went to in my “rosé all day” phase. And then my phone showed me this and it’s a stab to my brunchy heart. This restaurant closed during the pandemic. (And this may have been dinner. I think it was a duck hash.)

An octagon shaped, silver colored charging plate with a cornflower blue napkin in a rectangle, and a cast iron skillet with handle on top with a meal of over easy egg, potatoes, cream sauce, herbs from 2017. I think it was a duck hash.

Current lockscreen but I change it frequently.

A screenshot of my lock screen on August 2 at 8:32pm.

It’s a picture I took at the Toledo Museum of Art at the Anila Quayyum Agha: Between Light and Shadow exhibit.

There’s a wood floor, red walls, and a metal tile ceiling. There’s a large metal cube in the center of the room with patterns cut out. A light shines inside of it casting shadows on the wall and floor.

Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn’t Nirvana, Pearl Jam, or Alice in Chains: 1993: Counting Crows and August and Everything After. (Special mention to Living With Ghosts by Patty Griffin and 100% Fun by Matthew Sweet.)

The cover art for the 1993 album from Counting Crows-“August and Everything After.”

It’s a background of dark yellow gradually getting darker. There’s fountain pen writing in black over it with the band and title. In lighter orangish ink in the same font are lyrics.

The third anniversary of The Eras Tour in Detroit night 2. I literally have it saved as an anniversary in my phone. And “💚💛💜❤️🩵🖤🩷🩶🤎💙”

A pic from The Eras tour in Detroit, night 2. Taylor Swift is on stage in a blue and gold bodysuit with a light blue guitar at a microphone. There is a larger image of this on the screen behind her. That image shows a red door that is pixelated (because of size and distance?). This is during the Lover Era when she addresses the crowd for the first time and before she sings Lover.

DTE sent me a survey. 🫠🫠🫠 $10 donation to a food bank for each completed survey to a max of 10K. Seems small to me. After these questions

A screenshot of a survey. “Imagine you’ve just recieved your monthly DTE bill. How does seeing that bill have you feeling? Select all that apply”

And the visible choices are 1-Informed 2-Stressed (my choice) 4-stuck/resigned 4-shocked 5-validated

A screenshot of a DTE survey.

Text: In this section, we’ll ask about your household and how you’ll use energy at home.

Looking into the future, how do you expect each of the topics below to change over the next four years?

And the options are: i expect this will get better, i don’t expect any change, i expect this will get worse (my choice)

Kyorge judging my ocean water mess up. I’ve watched tutorials. I’m just causing different problems. I’m gonna make a deck over it with loungers and umbrellas. Out of sight. Out of mind.

A picture from the Nintendo game Pokopia. Kyorge, a large whale that is blue with a white underbelly and red markings on his fins is in the ocean that has a 9 block area that is higher than the rest of the ocean. It’s a overcast day with rain. A bridge is visible to the left in the distance. The visible ocean floor is uneven-due to me trying to fix my problem and making it worse.

Ready to watch Wuthering Heights! Very excited. (Have a loud couple in front of me. I’m gonna guess they might not be familar with Emerald Fennel’s last film. They are very distressed over lack of salt on their popcorn. BTW…there are large salt shakers where the popcorn is sold.)

Part of my left hand holding a black postcard that has the phrase “Come Undone.” In white. There’s a wax stamp in red in the lower right corner with an embossed capital letter E. My white wine in a plastic cup with lid is visible.

It’s so cool but also so weird. Not that you asked but on 12/23/25 I had an owl land outside my home too. And I hear him once and awhile. But then my neighbors added so many outside lights. (Boo) So happy to see him. Do I buy into the symbolism? Ehhh…

A owl perched on the top of a tree. Viewed from indoors. It’s early morning. The sky is gray but light. The tree is a pine tree with many needles missing. The windowpane and exterior brick are visible in the photo.

Yay!!! Very happy with both. The ornament is a gift so it’s staying inside its box.

A golden glittery drum Christmas ornament still in its packaging. It’s a shiny silver colored box with clear plastic so the ornament is visible. On the outside rim of the drum are the words “The Smallest Man that Ever Lived.” It’s from the official Taylor Swift store. It’s resting on a brown wooden table with an ink pen next to it for scale.

The wax seal stationary set from the official Taylor Swift store. The black box is open. The white envelopes with gray “TTPD” and leaflike designs bordering the bottom and V of the envelope are facing up. The embossing candles are gray and black and have “The Tortured Poets Department” imprinted on them. The wax seal is nestled in the box-it has a light wooden handle and the seal is a golden colored metal.

My one year anniversary of Indy N1. I was literally in the last row but zero complaints because I was there. Surprise songs: The Albatross x Holy Ground on guitar and Cold As You x Exile on piano.

A picture from the last row at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Eras Tour Indy N1. I’m standing while taking photo. The full stage and screen are visible. Also visible is an over hanging ceiling and speaker and vent from the seats above this section. I believe it is the boxes. The view of the concert was fine.

Bathroom selfie train…because why not? This was years ago (cold shoulder) but one of my favorite birthdays ever. I seriously gasp for air because I’m laughing so hard when I talk about it.
