My friend @ckjohnson.bsky.social did a new comic! ÖvÖ "Kuro and West" is about travelling, making new friends, magic and an insanely huge amount of flowers. Preorder here: forms.gle/1yjmar9ZrQ6v... Many thanks for the chance to do a guest art for the first issue.♥ #indiemanga #floral #illustration

Greyscale illustration of four very different looking young men, putting floral wreaths on each other's heads.

It's all about the little things, you know? Everything's so small that my 0.03 pen lines look thick.😅 Page 92 of 112. Only 20 pages left until vol. 1 is finished. #westandkuro #mangapage #ink

Time for backgrounds! Not all backgrounds will be so elaborate, but every now and then, it has to be XD Chapter II in the making ♡ #westandkuro #mangapage

Small sneak peek (and first post in a long time) of the Epilogue of volume one. Most of the chapters are ready, so I think I can continue with inking in December. Yeay.

From the sketch to the finished page. A brief insight into the creation of a page from Chapter 2.

Next page, or should I say page one? I completely forgot to draw the cover of chapter one. 😅

The nib of my liner is almost non-existent. I'm impressed it's still working...O___O

Favorite part of designing the background: adding random people to the scene XD ##westandkuro

Small wip of the current page and first inking after 1 week in bed. I missed the feeling and the scratching sound of the G-Pen Haha

I decided to do something for inktober this year: I put myself the challenge to fill a poster sized sheet of paper with random ink drawings. That's it. No concept, no hustle just drawing stuff with pens.

Let the inktober begin! The first artwork will be finished in the next few days. I think there will be 1 or 2 inktober pictures per week. :) #inktober

It's very rare, but every now and then I get overwhelmed by the desire for character design. This project really captivated me and I'm happy about every minute I can dedicate to the story.

I'm back at my desk, back home in super warm Germany and welcoming autumn with my wish for sweater instead of sweaty weather!

Besides buildings, food is my second passion. Both in life and in drawing XD
